Terms of Service

SHIPPING: Please be aware that due to COVID-19 packages may be delivered late.  Please make sure that the address entered in the space provided is correct. If there is an error/ mistake, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. (click on email address)
If the package is sent back (for a wrong address) we will email you about your order. If you would like it back there will will be a small charge of £2.50. You can pay by getting in contact with us and we will take it further. Please avoid this and double check your details. 

Once an order and a confirmation email has been sent, we are no longer in possession of your package. Any delays or damaged packages recieved by you are completely out of our hands and should be taken up with Royal Mail. Packages leave the premises clean and unharmed. Stolen, damaged or lost packages is not our responsibility.

We suggest choosing a tracked option so you are aware of the location of your package. The shipping fees all go towards the purchase of your shipping by Royal Mail. Absolutely no shipping costs go to Quwa Cosmetics. 

RETURNS: Due to the pandemic and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns and refunds. If there is an issue with your package please let us know and we will be able to help you.

CURRENCIES: We are not able to have a system which automatically converts currencies, however, please click on the link below to convert the currency from GBP to another currency, so you know how much you are spending.
